REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalty.

Cancellations after this period may not be accepted, subject to the status of delivery or order processing.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging condition.

Some products are non-returnable, including perishable items, seeds once opened, customized or specially ordered goods, fertilizers and pesticides once sold.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Vinayak Agro Trading via email or phone within the return window, providing order details and reason for return.

Returned goods should be shipped back to the return address provided by Vinayak Agro Trading, at the customer’s expense unless the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Customers are advised to use insured and trackable shipping methods for returns.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are granted only for products that are returned in their original condition meeting the eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable except when the return is due to a company error (wrong or defective product).

Exceptions

Certain items such as seeds once opened will be not refunded.

Refund or replacement will be at Vinayak Agro Trading’s discretion in cases where the product quality is compromised.
